40.22 Acre Tree Farm on North Pine Island

The BP North Farm is a 40-acre tree farm located on Pine Island in Lee County. The farm is currently growing the following palm varieties: Bismarck, Royal, Coconut, Foxtail, Adonidia, Roby, Areca, and King Alexander. In addition to the palms, there are also green buttonwoods.

There is an 8" well and an active SFWMD WUP (36-03637-W) which allows for an annual allocation of 46.4537 Million Gallons. It's mostly high and dry with approximately only two acres of wetlands. Soils consist of Hallandale and Immokalee.

The farm is located on the north side of Howard Road on the northern end of Pine Island in unincorporated Lee County. It's 0.75 miles east of Stringfellow Road, 6.5 miles from Pine Island Center, and 12 miles from Cape Coral. The surrounding area is a mixture of farmland, woods, and a few single-family homes.

The owner is also selling 40 acres across the street.
