TERMS OF PURCHASE, REAL ESTATE: The Real Estate will be offered at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION (NO RESERVE). The commercial property described as Tract 2 will be sold from the Tollesboro Lions Club (as it is situated on the Lions Club Lane); it is subject to a long-term lease in favor of Boyd Sexton. Tract 1 will be sold ON-SITE from the property at 5172 W. KY 10, TOLLESBORO, KY 41189 at NOON! The auction of Tract 1 will therefore be conducted as a live, in-person, on-site event with Tract 2 a live, in-person, event from the Tollesboro Lions Club. No online bidding or phone bidding will be provided, although absentee bids are conditionally accepted. In the event that absentee bids are made, absentee bids shall be made on the absentee bidder's behalf in a competitive nature and not necessarily the absentee bidder's highest bid/offer.
