The property is located about 4 miles north of Tollesboro on the west side of KY 57 and consists of a 3 bdrm., 1 bath 1 story frame home and garage situated on approximately 17.25 acres (the Lewis County Property Valuation Administration estimates the acreage to consist of 19.13 acres) more or less. The acreage consists of mostly woodlands with homesite, has rather significant road frontage (considering the parcel size) on KY 57, and is served with public water and electricity. The topography and woodlands offer great habitat for deer and turkey hunting and the location is well known for producing trophy whitetail deer!
