This channel comes from the western neighbors pond. In wetter times there is another channel that flows south of the north channel. There are crossings of these waterways on both the east and west sides of the property.
The interior of the trees includes some open areas that can be developed into food plots. The trees are thick in places but not so thick that additional trails could be developed.
The North Platte River in this area is channelized and the river bank looks to be stable. A recorded boundary line agreement does indicate that the southern boundary of the property is a fence line on the south side of the river channel.
The property does have 15 acres of surface water rights but there is no tube under Wildlife Road to get the water to the property.
