Great roads and proven water. Wells have typically been 600-1200 feet to finish and hard water. All private roads are gravel/rock roads. Some 140 acre lots do pass thru dirt road when it is a county road access.
This 19,000. acre ranch is close to the
Lincoln National Forest and Cibola National Forest.
Wildlife such as Deer, Antelope and Oryx are abundant on this ranch.
Some parcels border common land reserved for equestrian use for owners and access to public lands bordering parts of the ranch.
