Follow the road about 2 miles, you'll see a barn (shown in the pictures). Either take the first Left to the 40 acre or take the second left to the 140 acre parcel. Properties cannot be subdivided. HOA dues for 2010 are $200./yr. Taxes for the 140 acre is approx $110./yr and approx $270. for the 40 Acre.

Windmill Ranch is a 19,000. acre ranch subdivided into 20-140 acre parcels. 3700 acres is called Common land, which is set-aside for landowners to use for horseback and hiking.
