The tract has a mix of well-stocked stands of l4 to 32 year old Douglas fir with an estimated 1,148 MBF (see Supplemental Information Package for detail summary.) There are 91± acres of 14 year old, 65± acres of 18 year old, 58± acres of 22 year old, and 69± acres of 32 year old Douglas fir, providing near-term harvest income in 10± years.
