This 373 acre farm is located along the southwest boundary of the city of Brownsville, with frontage along Lake Creek Drive. Southern Pacific Railroad tracks are along the northwest section of the Farm. There are 271 acres with water rights for irrigation (Certificate #55948), with two onsite wells. The southern well has not been recently used, and will require a motor and power installation. The second well has been actively used, and has a pump and 60 hp electric motor.
