We have an August 21st, 2015 timber cruise on file showing estimated timber volume as follows: 878 Mbf Douglas Fir, 200 Mbf Oregon white oak, & 8 Mbf Big leaf maple. The estimated net value of the timber on that date was $319,371. This value was not considered in our real estate market analysis for arriving at the list price for the property.
