Terrain/Vegetation: Beautiful big hills with panoramic views, valleys with sandy loam soils and numerous big Live Oak trees. Approximately 80% of the ranch is in native brush with excellent high protein deer browse. The majority of the brush species consist guajillo, granjeno, black brush, cenizo, and mesquite along with kidney wood and some prickly pear. Many of the bottom areas have been improved for food plots and wildlife viewing.
Wildlife: Plentiful numbers of whitetail deer with some being of trophy caliber, javelinas, dove, turkey, bobwhite quail, and wild hogs. Varmints of all types indigenous to the area are routinely seen here.

Minerals: Surface Only Estate- no minerals owned. *Note* there are several tanks/batteries on the ranch but none are currently producing. There are no gaugers or oilfield traffic on the property
