One of the main features of this ranch is Wrights Creek that flows thru the Southwestern portion of the property. There was a dam built in 2017 that allows for the capture of water in the creek, adding additional appeal. Due to the current drought, the water flow is currently restricted to just a few pools, but in periods of normal rainfall, water flows very well ( The last 3 pictures show the creek earlier in the spring during normal rain periods ). In addition to Wrights Creek, there is also a spring located on the north end of the ranch, that is currently flowing and is protected by a concrete spring box. There is a stock tank also located near the spring.

3 sides of the ranch are high fenced, it would be easy to enclose the remaining side and raise exotics or trophy whitetail deer. There are currently two blinds and feeders on the ranch. Game currently includes whitetail deer, turkey, dove and feral hogs along with fox, bobcat and coyote.
