10,000 hd feedlot located 17 mi W of Sterling, CO via Hwy #14. The initial 15 pens of this feedlot were constructed in 2016, & 31 pens constructed in 2020 and 2021 with 6,650 linear feet of bunk. Pipe, steel panel with cement bunk & apron. The design & infrastructure for an additional 15,000 head expansion is in place. CAFO permit for 25,000 head. 4 commercial livestock wells. Cardinal platform scale. Available feed in the area includes wet distillers grain, dryland & irrigated dry corn and silage, alfalfa, and wheat/corn stock roughage.
