Auctioneers Note & the History of Star Ranch: Star Ranch, named after the Star Dairy, was once known for bringing glass bottles of milk back to store shelves, selling memories in a bottle and creating nostalgia for anyone who grew up with bottled milk, according to NewsOK in 1999. The large metal dairy barn that now provides additional living/guest quarters once housed milk storage and processing equipment for the familys operational dairy; and the concrete approach that provided trucks access to the dairy barn, now serves as the primary driveway for the Star Ranch. The current owners, Mr. & Mrs. Plain purchased the land in 2004, setting out to build their dream estate, and in the future, to develop it into a destination wedding venue. The Plains have beautifully improved the property with a custom built home, lavish landscaping, and have spent years working to make their vision become reality. Due to family circumstances, and before the Plains could offer the Ranch as a venue, life happened resulting in the decision to retire from the Ranch and move to Florida to be with their children & grandchildren.
