Said property is identified in the land books of Louisa County as Tax Map Parcel 23-2. This being the same parcel found to actually contain 73.658 acres in that Plat of Survey dated December 2, 1999 completed by James H. Bell, Jr. P.C.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive right of way for ingress and egress, over and across property conveyed to Bear Island Timberlands Company, L. P. dated March 18, 1988 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court for Louisa County, Virginia, in Deed Book 337, page 485.
