Sunshine Valley Ranchettes is a mostly undeveloped subdivision near Deming in Luna County, New Mexico. This is a pretty area with fantastic mountain views.

Cell phones worked almost everywhere when we were there. These lots are zoned residential for single family residences. You can RV for up to 30 days each year. There are no association fees or dues. NOTE: 0.5 acre lots may now be buildable! You can combine these two lots to have a property large enough for a residence with a conventional septic system.
