Subject to public roads and easements of record. This property will be surveyed and sold based on final surveyed acres.

General Description of Tract 1: According to Lyon County assessor this tract contains approx. 80+/- acres to be surveyed. According to FSA, this farm contains approx. 77+/- tillable acres with the balance in road/ditch. This farm has a corn base of 58 acres with a PLC yield of 139bu. on corn and a soybean base of 35.9 acres with a PLC yield of 38 bu. on soybeans.
