This property is being offered via live auction. The auction will be held at 6:00 P.M. on January 26th, 2021 at the Olpe Chicken House located at 8 East Highway 99. in Olpe, KS.
We ask that auction attendees follow health guidelines provided by the Lyon County Health Department and Kansas Department of Health Environment related to COVID-19 including the wearing of masks and social distancing. For those prospective bidders who arent comfortable with attending the auction inside the building, you can arrange to bid by phone which must be done at least 48 hours prior to the auction while providing a letter of credit to be approved by the Broker. We will also have a bid-spotter outside the building taking bids during the auction if you would like to remain outside. If new and more restrictive health recommendations regarding COVID are issued by regulatory agencies prior to the auction, the Broker may move the auction outside to the parking lot depending on what the new regulations are.
