The Lodge has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths that can sleep up to 25 and every amenity one would expect in a luxury home including wifi, security systems and cameras. Additionally, there is a safe room behind a hidden wall that leads to a basement area and a generator that will provide the home with electricity in the event of a power loss. Unique features include a floor to ceiling (21?) fireplace was built using the stones from the grounds, handscraped & stained hardwood floors, electric ?fly curtain? on the rear door, large mudroom with built in ?cubbies,? large media room with projector screen and media closet. All furniture conveys with the home.
Outside past the back patio is a large, stone firepit and a 30x50 shop that has 9x12 doors on each end with a small, living area on one corner complete with a bathroom and window unit. Driving past the shop leads to the recently cut firelanes with strategically positioned waterbars to prevent any erosion. The miles of roads and trails lead through the property exposing a newly designed wildlife management plan implemented by Dr. Grant Wood (Dr. Deer, inventor of Biologics, [Web Link listed above]). The plan is specific to the property and designed to maintain whitetail deer and Turkeys on the ranch; the plan, lifetime consulting for the property, and all reports transfer to the buyer.
