Westfall Ranch
The Westfall Ranch, in eastern Oregon, consists of 22,294 deeded acres with a contiguous 16,000 AUM BLM allotment, and is capable of running 2,500 head through the summer. The ranch has a variety of water sources including perennial and seasonal streams, springs, ponds and two reservoirs. The irrigation system includes pivots and wheelines as well as flood irrigation. There are 2,422 acres of primary water rights and 1,537 acres of supplemental rights. The ranch contains multiple homes, outbuildings and livestock facilities. The ranch qualifies for seven (7) Landowner Preference Tags (LOP) according to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife guidelines. A variety of wildlife can be seen including deer, elk, and various upland birds.
