From Knoxville, Iowa: Travel west out of town on Iowa Highway 5 for approximately 5.50 miles and turn left (south) onto 70th Avenue. Continue for approximately 1.75 miles and look for the Peoples Company signs (Tracts #1 & #3 will be located on the east side of 70th Avenue and Tract #2 will be found on the southwest of the intersection of 70th Avenue and Nevada Street).

From Pleasantville, Iowa: Travel south out of town on Iowa Highway 5 and continue for approximately four miles, and turn right (south) onto 70th Avenue. Continue for approximately 1.75 miles and look for the Peoples Company signs (Tracts #1 & #3 will be located on the east side of 70th Avenue and Tract #2 will be found on the southwest of the intersection of 70th Avenue and Nevada Street).
