It simply cannot be overstated how rare a pine tree ranch of this size and caliber is in California. The current owners have been the stewards of the land since 1989 and painstakingly cared for, improved, and loved this place. Throughout the current owners 33-year stewardship, they have built two beautiful cabins that overlook the meadow, a horse barn, and grown it to its current 812-acre size. Additionally, the owners have maintained the private forest and reforested sections of the ranch to a quality that are second to none. Water is abundant on the ranch, with roughly two miles of Snow Creek running through the middle of the ranch and one of the most picturesque, stocked ponds in the Sierra. The miles upon miles of roads throughout the ranch give the owners virtually unlimited recreational opportunities for hiking or horseback riding. The ranch sits at what is commonly referred to as the Goldilocks elevation, 3500 to just over 4000 ft. This is generally above the most intense heat and below the heaviest snowfall. The ranch is located just a short 3-hour drive from Silicon Valley near the Gold Rush town of Mariposa and Yosemite National Park.
