50167890 - 160 Acres on Lost Creek Road

This beautiful, wooded acreage is situated in the foothills of the Huron Mountain Range, just north of Marquette. The picturesque Lost Creek flows through this property adorned with upland hardwoods. This little slice of God's country is a great place to build your dream seasonal retreat. Sprawling across 160 acres, this parcel is rugged, rolling, rocky terrain with nice timber stands on portions of the acreage. Additionally, the creek bottom and ridges surrounding it have massive hemlock and oak trees. There are internal trail roads, and external access is seasonal. Please note that there are a couple areas where the road requires some improvements from wash-outs, and road access is not insurable. Whether you're looking for a place to build or a recreational/hunting property, this could be the right option for you! To learn more about this parcel and get in touch, visit our website!

Directions

From the corner of AAA and County Road 510, head south 1.4 miles to Trail Road, just past a clearing with log cabin. Follow the main trail road about 1.5 miles. This is just east of the parcel. There is a trail on the right that goes across the creek and up into the northern portion of the acreage. If you stay straight, that will lead into the portion south of the creek. Do not follow the road to the left. Please refer to mapping. Both access roads have washouts, so it is best to park prior to the parcel and walk in.
