Brothers L&D Farm is a four-house farm located near Boaz, Alabama in Marshall County.
The poultry houses were built in 2004 and are 40x500. The farm grows for Koch Foods
Gadsden on a 4lb bird on a 33 to 35 day grow out, the poultry contract is based on 6.8
flocks per year. The farm has a ranch style home that is nestled below large oak trees
overlooking pasture and a pond. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large
living area and an additional attached one bedroom and one-bathroom apartment,
with kitchen and living room. The home has a large front porch as well as a large
screened in back porch. There is also a nice sized shop with large side sheds with room
for equipment storage and livestock working area.
