There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price. A 15% down payment on the day of the auction is required with the balance in the form of a cashiers check, personal check or corporate check on or before 30 days after the auction (Contract). Down payment is non-refundable. Your purchase is not subject to financing. Title policy in amount of sale price to be furnished to the respective Buyer at the Sellers expense.
