Macdonald Farm
The Macdonald Farm contains 87.19 acres, and it has about 1,300 feet of frontage on FM-1468 which is a two-lane asphalt paved roadway. The property is level and is used for row crop farming. The meandering path of Wilson Creek forms the farms western boundary with the property having about 2,662 feet of frontage on the creek. From the Colorado River in western Bay City travel southwest of State Highway 35 until you reach Markham. Just past the stop light in Markham on State Highway 35 you will see FM-1468 on your left (south side of the road). Turn left, south, on FM-1468 and travel about 6/10ths of a mile and the property will be on your right or the west side of the highway.
