Secluded twenty acres of natural hardwood/pine mix that has been growing for almost 60+ years surrounded by timber company land. Wildlife flock to this piece to get the nutrients that the pine plantations don't provide. A dim road through a pine plantation and access off the transit line (NOT available power) from the north are the access points, but both require work for vehicle access. The property sits on the edge of a floodplain that many area residences built on. There is a small creek on the south end of the property and white boundary line paint surround the stand. A great place for an off grid cabin or hunting property!
