Tracts 3, 4 & 5 are on the right (east) side of the road beginning at 1600N. Tract 5 (the farmstead) is in the NW corner of this ~160 acres. Proceed further north ~1.5 miles to Route 165 where Tracts 2 and 1 are located. Tract 2 has 1/2 mile of frontage to IL Route 165 going west on the north side of Route 165. Tract 1 is located 1/4 mile north of the intersection of Route 165 & Co. Hwy 21 (LeRoy-Lexington Blacktop) on the west side of the road.
