Primary soils on the farm include Ipava, Sable and Osco Silt Loam Class A soils. The average soil productive index of Tract #1 is 139.5 and Tract #2 is 130.6. The farm has an excellent fertility and yield history. Tract #1 contains a wind turbine and associated payments. Tract #2 contains 3 farm buildings.

Take Interstate 55 or Interstate 74 to their intersection on Bloomington-Normal's northwest side. Take I-74 west toward Peoria 2-3 miles to the first Exit 125 (US 150/Mitsubishi Motorway), which is the first Exit headed westbound toward Peoria from Bloomington. From this exit go (away from Bloomington) northwest on US 150 for 2.5 miles. Tract 2 is located on both sides of US Hwy 150 at this point. Turn right onto County Road 2000N and go 1/2 mile to Tract 1 on the north (left) side of the road.
