At the 10:00 AM auction, the property will be offered in 2 tracts utilizing the Bidders Choice with Privilege method, and all bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. Both tracts generate income from existing wind agreements, which the Buyer(s) will receive in future years. There is no crop lease in place for 2023.
