The lay of the land is flat with the predominant soil types being Newark silt loam and Weinbach silt loam. It has 72.3 acres of cropland with the balance being in riverbank and improvements. It has a 3525 ft. of frontage on KY 138 and 3665 ft. on the Green River. There is a 15-year riparian lease on 1500 ft. of this tract with a payment of $3375 on March 24, 2016 and incremental increases thereafter. Tract #4 contains 97.5 acres and is located at the end of Shutt Lane which is .8 mile west of the Home Place (Tract #1). The lay of the land is flat with the predominant soil types being Karnak silty clay, Melvin silt loam and Weinbach silt loam. The McLean County FSA calls for 91.53 acres of cropland with the balance being in woods and riverbank. It has 886 ft. of frontage on Shutt Lane and 739 ft. of frontage on the Green River.
