Bull mesquites and South Texas brush cover the 1033ac. This country has a slight roll to it providing plenty of run off for tanks and really nice views. Well maintained senderos make for easy access to all parts of the ranch. There is a 400ac deer proof fenced pasture. This pasture along with an artisian water well, electricity, several good tanks, and a historic rock bath house make up the improvements. The San Miguel Creek, which runs through the ranch, makes for additional watering opportunities and great fishing, as well as, access to Choke Canyon Lake by boat (when full). The ranch is home to a multitude of whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, qual, dove, and other native game. This ranch has not been commercially hunted in at least 16 years. Owner will convey all minerals owned!!
