SELLER’S NOTE: Fences are in reasonable condition. This area does present excellent hunting opportunities throughout. The Quonsets do not have concrete floors, although the roofs have been redone. BIDDING: Written Bids shall be in a price per acre format and may be submitted by mail or delivered in person by Wednesday, March 18, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. to EUREKA REALTY CO., PO Box 547, 802 G Ave., Eureka, SD 57437. At that time the written bids will be reviewed by the Seller and the top three bidders for each Parcel will be invited to a final bidding where said bidders will have the opportunity to increase their bids in an auction format. The final bid review will be conducted at the office of Eureka Realty Company on Monday March 23, 2026 with Parcel #1 beginning at 2:00 p.m., Parcel #2 at 2:30 p.m., Parcel #3 at 3:00 p.m., and Parcel #4 at 3:30 p.m. Bidders may either appear in person or telephonically.
TERMS: At the time of acceptance of a bid, a Purchase Agreement(s) will be executed and the successful bidder(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable earnest money deposit equal to 10% of the total bid; with the balance to be paid in cash/certified check at closing. Closing will be on or about April 15, 2026 with Buyer to take immediate possession following closing. Seller will furnish a Warranty Deed and Title Insurance Commitment with the cost of the owner’s title insurance policy and closing costs to be divided equally between Seller and Buyer.
