Whitetail Ridge Elk Ranch

Whitetail Ridge Elk Ranch is 3540 acres of varied elk and whitetail deer habitat surrounded by large ranches and Forest Service lands. The elk populations in the Little Belt Mountains north of White Sulphur Springs have been increasing dramatically with many large bulls available. The property summers around 140 cow/calf pairs. There are 3 developed stock water springs as well as Whitetail Deer Creek running through the property. This property has a mix of great creek bottom grass, sage, and timber. Most of the property lies within the Lewis and Clark National Forest Boundary. Privacy of the ranch is protected by it's 4.5 miles of Forest Service border offering access to over 16,000 acres of Forest Service. There are dramatic views of the Big Belt, Crazies, and the Castle Mountains from the property. Access is by USFS road with power some distance away.
