The property is covered with beautiful huge Live Oak Hickory, Spanish Oak, Post Oak, Hackberry, Southern Sumac, Yaupon, Muscadine Grapes and Bull Mesquite; as well as, an extraordinary variety of high protein browse, native grasses and improved pastures. There is approximately 25 acres of coastal Bermuda fields.
Improvements: The entire ranch is low fenced. A two-wheel drive road meanders from the front gated entrance to the ranch headquarters and cabin. The cabin is an older house with open floor plan and a scenic deck that overlooks the pond which is located just a stones throw from the porch. The house is all electric and has a 750 gallon septic system. The inside of the cabin has been sheet-rocked, and has a few of the cabinetry fixtures; the entire interior of the house needs to be finished out. Near the house is a 40 X 60 pole barn with galvanized roof which is used for equipment and tractor storage as well as a 12x14 walk-in cooler with concrete floor located in the back. Below the barn is a small set of livestock working pens. Fences on the ranch range from good to excellent. There are several blinds and feeders that convey with the sale of the ranch.
