Conservation Easement:

Seco Creek Exotic Ranch has a Conservation Easement with the City of San Antonio. The purpose of the easement is to protect the area from development over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone in which Seco Creek Exotic Ranch is located. Hunting and ranching activities are allowed by the easement agreement. Six Building Envelopes are to be conveyed to the buyer.
