Middle Creek borders the property on the east side and there are multiple deer feeders and blinds on the property. Excellent access provided by 399th St., on the north side. TRACT 2: is 40+/- acres of heavy to moderate timberland. The farm sets between 870 to 900 of elevation offering beautiful home sites or development potential. POSSESSION: Possession of the property will be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title at closing, subject to the existing agricultural lease agreement, as follows:

Possession of the cropland will be given upon completion of harvest of the existing 2020 soybean crops.
