The pond holds water well, but will lower somewhat during dry stretches.

This has resulted in an extremely heavy concentration of wildlife utilizing this property for seclusion from neighboring hunting pressure. The existing alfalfa and supplemental feeding has also contributed to the area wildlife staying very close to this farm.
