These properties are bordered on their east side by Bureau Of Land Management land. Grand Canyon National Park is less than 1 1/2 miles to the east, and the Grand Wash Cliffs are 3/4 mile to the west. The Grand Canyon itself is a little over 5.5 miles to the northeast. This is a remote, unspoiled, incredibly beautiful area.

Private property this close to the Grand Canyon is increasingly hard to find, and this is the highlands where elevation is about 5,400 - 5,500 feet. The average mid-summer highs are 90.8 degrees with average lows of 54.7 degrees. The winters are comfortable and the air is clean with very low humidity.

If you drive a sturdy 4x4 vehicle you can drive directly to this property if you can handle a brief uphill rocky patch. Otherwise, you should probably plan on hiking in the last two miles. There is platted access, but there has been no development of this gorgeous region.

The Grand Canyon has been proclaimed to be "The Eighth Natural Wonder of the World" and is "The Most Visited National Park". It is over a mile deep and up to 18 miles wide and stretches for 277 miles, covering 1,218,375 acres. You will be just a few miles from The Hualapai Indian Reservation, Guano Point and the Skywalk Glass Bridge. This glass bridge suspends visitors 4,000 Feet above the Grand Canyon floor. Meadview is the closest town, which is the entrance to the incredible Lake Mead National Recreational Area.
