Roads/Access: From Kingman head South on Hwy 93 and make a U turn at S Blake Ranch Rd to head back North on Hwy 93 for 0.8 miles. There will be a gravel area here to turn off the highway that will lead to an unlocked gate. Remove chain from gate to open but make sure to re-close and secure the gate behind you. This will lead to a single track dirt road that you take East for 1 mile to a large seasonal wash which you turn South on. Drive this wash South for 1.2 miles and it will lead you through a couple of open gates. Drive through the second to bear East again. This will take you to the base of a hill with a couple of tractors parked. Take the road up the hill and the parcel is at the end of this road on the right. Alternatively, you can drive the main wash South for 1.8 miles and turn northeast onto a smaller was. Take this smaller wash northeast for 1.4 miles to the lower end of the property. High clearance and capable 4 x 4 vehicle highly recommended for access to this area along some unimproved passageways.
