Spitting Distance to I-40

Tired of looking at "affordable" properties that are 30 mins to an hour off the interstate?

From Yucca: South on I-40 or Take Alamo/Apache Rd south to National Old Trails Rd. Right on Knox for a beat, then quick left onto Akchina Rd. About 0.6 miles down the road, and the property is on your left.

From Topcock: Take I-40 East/North to Exit 20. Exit at 20 towards Santa Fe Ranch Rd and take the frontage road along the interstate north until it veers off East. Take a right at Akchina Rd and the property will be ~half mile on your left.
