Location: Located in part of Lot 2, Section 33, Township 12 South, Range 19 West; part of Lot 3; Lots 4 and 5, and the southern part of Lot 6, Section 4, Township 13 South, Range 19 West; all lying north and east of the Tombigbee River, approximately 1 1/2 miles west of Amory, Mississippi.
Access: Access to the property is by way of a deeded easement to Highway 278. The tract has a good network of interior roads for access throughout the tract.
Topography: Flat with drainages
Timber: The Timber was cut to a 16 inch stump diameter in 2000. It is predominately mixed hardwood species; Ash, Box Elder, Hackberry, Gum, Elm, Oak, Willow, Cottonwood, etc. Approximately 50 acres of the northern portion was clearcut and planted with loblolly pine seedlings in 2001.

Full Description: There are several natural lakes (water impoundments) in the southern portion of the property which provide excellent fishing and duck hunting. A woods road runs south along the bank of the river, and provides access during the dry seasons of the year. The Corp of Engineers have a flowage easement over portions of this tract. This tract lies adjacent to Holloway 75 and just south of Holloway 181 also listed on this site.
