Ranch / Property Attributes
The property sits on top of the Hay Camp Mesa so the topography is relatively flat, except for a deep canyon that runs along the Western end of the property and small ravine with a pond on the eastern boundary. There are pine trees, scrub oak and grassy meadows throughout the property. The property features stunning views of the Dolores River Valley, Sleeping Ute Mountain, and the San Juan Mountains. The acreage remains undeveloped and is a blank canvas for your needs. The parcel of land immediately to the East is part of the Silver Springs Ranch but is being sold separately, however access to the West parcel can be granted through the adjacent highway year-round.
