Ranch / Property Attributes:
The property sits on top of the Hay Camp Mesa so the topography is relatively flat, and includes meadows that are sub-irrigated by several natural springs. A cabin is already in place with stunning views of the Dolores River Valley, Sleeping Ute Mountain, and the San Juan Mountains. The remainder of the acreage remains undeveloped and is a blank canvas for your imagination. The parcel of land immediately to the West is part of the Silver Springs Ranch but is being sold separately, however access to the East parcel can be granted through National Forest Roads
