Approximately 66 acres is in a 1989 plantation; 77 acres in a 2002 plantation; 28 acres in 2003 plantation, 117 acres in 2004 plantation; and 76 acres in 2005 plantation. The residual acreage includes steeper terrain in northern part of tract and consists of native pine and hardwood timber. Excellent hunting and mountain views. Site index for loblolly pine averages 70 feet on a fifty year base (lower elevation land).
