Poverty Mesa Ranch

Poverty Mesa Ranch is +/- 640 acres and is situated outside of Montrose Colorado at the top of Cerro Summit. It is a mixture pinion pines, junipers and sage with a few seasonal springs that run through the ranch. The terrain is rolling hills and pockets where you can find mule deer. The area is right on the edge of Black Canyon National Park and is world renown Mule Deer hunting as the terrain boasts great feed for horn growth. The land borders irrigated fields where the game feeds at night and beds in the coulees and deep cuts that offer a great bedding area.
