The Woodyard Tract is a 40 acre tract located south of the International Paper Woodyard. The tract is accessed at the northeast corner by a woods road along a power line right-of-way. The power line is accessed at the end Ritchie Road through a cable gate. Follow the power line right-of-way West for about 1,000 feet to the northeast corner of the property, as shown on the attached maps. The power line right of way runs the northern line of the Woodyard Tract. The timber on the Woodyard Tract consists 40 acres of a 1 year old pine plantation which is well stocked. The pine plantation was chemically site prepared in the summer of 2007 and planted in February of 2008 with International Paper 2nd Gen Elite Seedlings. The tract is a generally flat with Debute and Bussy silt loam soils, which present good site productivity for pine timber growth.
