The tract is located just south of Hagewood, south of Hwy 6 and east of Hwy 117.

The tract does not have public road access. The

tract can be accessed by taking John Wately Road, then a pipeline, then a woods

road, that leads to a pasture, which leads to the south line of the tract.

Features:

The timber on the tract consists of a pre-merchantable pine plantation established

in 2004. The pine plantation has a lot of natural pine competing with the planted

pines.
