Located 15 miles west of Casper, Wyoming with year-round paved access, the Emigrant Gap Ridge Ranch consists of 9,730.07 deeded acres, 2,299.85 BLM lease acres and 1,445.08 State of Wyoming lease acres for a total of approximately 13,475 acres. Water for livestock and wildlife is provided by several reservoirs, springs and seasonal water located throughout the ranch. There are no improvements but power is available.
