The ranch has many level areas that would be ideal to incorporate alfalfa fields to increase your potential livestock capacity. There are 4 wells located around the property. The Little Colorado goes through a portion of the western side of the property, and the seasonal Puerco River runs in and out of the property lines along the northern border.
