or less, located in Nevada County, Arkansas. The property is being sold by sealed bid sale on
Friday, August 26, at 10:00 A.M. The Highway 371 Tract is located in southcentral
Nevada County, 3 miles north of Willisville, off of US Hwy 371. The tract consists of
80 acres of native pine and hardwood on gently sloping sandy loam soils with a site index of 86-
90 (base age 50). A timber inventory was conducted by Kingwood in June, 2022 with one 10 BAF plot per two
acres. Estimated volumes for all merchantable timber are as follows:
